Scope of Work & Signature Standards

At Visual Sugar Creative, every project is designed with strategy, intention, and a whole lot of heart. To keep your experience seamless and your results stunning, here’s exactly what’s included in your website package — and how we handle any extras:

Designer Credit

All websites created by Visual Sugar Creative include a small footer credit reading “Made with love by Visual Sugar Creative” linked to my website.
This credit acts as my artist signature and helps other heart-led business owners discover my work.
If you prefer to remove this credit, a one-time $2,000 white-label fee applies, as this signature serves as an ongoing marketing asset for my business.

Pages Included

Your package includes up to 5 standard pages (examples: Home, About, Services, Contact, Blog). Additional pages can be added at an extra cost.

Product Uploads

Your package includes uploading up to 5 products to your store. Additional products can be uploaded for an agreed-upon additional fee.

Revisions

My process includes in-depth strategy, detailed mockups, and feedback rounds.
You’ll have 2 rounds of changes per page included in your package — more than enough to get things just right.
Additional revisions are available at my hourly rate.

Scope Changes

Any work requested outside of the agreed-upon scope will be quoted separately before work begins.

 

Disclaimer of Guarantees

While we strive to create impactful designs and strategies, Visual Sugar Creative makes no guarantees or promises regarding the success of your business or the number of clients you will gain after implementing our designs or strategies.

 

We share statements and case studies based on previous client successes. However, your results depend on numerous factors, including but not limited to your industry, audience, effort, and external circumstances. Design is just one component of your overall strategy.

 

It is essential to understand that:

• You must actively promote and maintain your business.
